Are you thinking of buying a home or other real property in Bellingham/Whatcom County or other areas in Western Washington, such as Whidbey Island, the San Juans, or along the I-5 corridor?

As your Accredited Buyer Representative, I will...  

1. Provide an initial summary of the properties that meet your criteria and fine-tune it with your assistance so that you receive properties that are most likely to appeal to you
2. Provide frequent updates (as often as you specify) on the latest properties that meet your criteria
3. Personally preview those properties about which you want more information (following receipt of your signed Client Authorization Agreement which identifies me as your Buyer Representative)
4. Guide you in making an appropriate offer in order to help you get the most for your money
5. Assist you with financing by identifying lenders who will work closely and effectively with you
6. Arrange for the necessary title and escrow work to complete the transaction
7. Review all closing documents for completeness and accuracy -- whether you sign locally or after FedEx delivery
8. Be available to you throughout the transaction
9. Attend the signing appointment with you (if you are here at that time)

Whether you are a local or long-distance buyer, you will find that authorizing me to represent you gives you a distinct advantage in finding homes or other property you may want to buy. After we sign a Client Authorization Agreement, I will also do personal previews of properties you are especially interested in. In addition, I will contact sellers of "for sale by owner" properties, and alert my colleagues to your needs so that they can, in turn, inform me about properties not yet on the market that might be exactly what you are seeking!
